There are three natural parks to explore in the area.
The mountain ranges of Els Ports and Monstant have opportunities for hiking, cycling and birdwatching with spectacular drives, whilst the Ebro Delta, as well as being a birdwatchers paradise with a flat landscape ideal for less strenuous cycling and walking, also has some incredible beaches.
