Terms and conditions

    1. A 25% non-refundable booking deposit is required to confirm your booking. The balance can be paid through PayPal by credit card due four weeks before arrival.
    2. If you find you need to change the dates of your visit we will do our utmost to accommodate your new dates though you will be required to pay any additional cost incurred if your dates are in a higher season.
    3. Please notify us immediately if, for any reason, you think you may need to cancel your booking.
    4. It is a condition that every guest has their own travel insurance as we are not responsible for any loss, damage, accident etc whilst on or off our property. We recommend an annual policy which usually works out much cheaper than two or more separate policies. E111/European Health Insurance Card: You are advised to obtain a new E111 health insurance card. This scheme replaces the original E111 certificate (which is no longer valid)The insurance card is not a substitute for medical insurance. Once a deposit is paid it is understood that guests have their own insurance and have relieved Ebro River Rentals of any and all responsibility.
    5. Arrival time will be after 2pm on the first day and departure time will be before 10am on the last day unless otherwise previously arranged with us.
    6. On arrival a security deposit of 100 euro is payable and this amount will be refunded on departure less an amount for any damage or loss. Electricity is supplied by generator batteries, any excess fuel used due to neglect eg accidently leaving the generator running all day/night will be paid for out of the security deposit.
    7. Guests are advised to act responsibly and they are presumed to understand and accept the risks of holidaying on or near water.
    8. No smoking is permitted inside the finca.
    9. Pets ARE allowed provided they are kept under control and guests have notified us in advance.
    10. We reserve the right to evict guests, without refund, in the event of serious misconduct or illegal activities.
