This modern luxury apartment, in the village of Benifallet, is just one of four in the building with marble flooring throughout the communal areas and the highest quality finish.
There are two double bedrooms, one with an en-suite shower room, and a separate bathroom.
The living room, with wall-to-wall patio doors leading onto the balcony, has large comfortable sofas and a television, plus a dining area. The galley kitchen is fully equipped with a hob, wall oven, microwave and a full size fridge/freezer.
On the roof of the building each apartment has its own utility room with a washing machine, and there you will find your own private roof terrace with spectacular views over the river which is only a stone’s throw away.
