A warm welcoming villa nestled against the mountain overlooking the Ebro River with stunning views all round. The villa is a renovated Masia (farm house) which has been divided into 2 separate units.
Everything has been tastefully decorated to make a wonderful home-from-home. You can explore the 5 hectare farm as well as the surrounding areas and with so much to do in the area, golden beaches, hiking trails, fishing, canoeing etc it is an ideal holiday retreat.
The cottage has a living room, kitchen with dining area, a double en-suite bedroom, a second large twin bedroom and a shower room.
The kitchen is fully fitted with a stove, fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave, coffee maker and all cutlery and crockery. The comfortable living room has a 3 piece suite, and a radio, CD player, books, puzzles and games can be obtained from the owner.
All towels (except swimming towels) and linen are included. Cleaning and washing can be arranged with the owner at a small charge. Central heating. Fans are available for summer. A car is recommended as it is 3km from the village.
The gardens have a large patio with barbeque and outdoor furniture, the patio has the most wonderful view of the river and the valley and is an ideal spot to spend your long summer evenings. There is a large splash pool.
Being just outside the village, our masia really does have the best of both worlds – the convenience of nearby bars, 5 top quality restaurants and shops, the River Ebro on the doorstep, spectacular mountains rising to the East and West, and unspoilt beaches only a 35-minute drive away.
